In 15 games, he shows a 4.03 GAA and a 0.876 SV%. 58 goalies have played over 10 games since the season started and he stands over 50 in every stat compiled amongst them.
The Canucks come into play at the 3rd rank where we notice their injured netminder Thatcher Demko. The Canucks defensive play may be one of the reasons he stands on that list, though since the season's started he's failed to bail them out like he's done in the past.
Demko was competing for a spot at the 2022 Olympic Games before the NHL pulled its players from the competition and if we were having that conversation again today, it'd be nowhere near it. The netminder is currently out with a lower-body injury, he is expected to be back somewhere in February let's hope this recovery period will help him find his groove back.
