This situation clearly highlights why there is an on-going shortage of zebras. In a recent video that trended on Instagram, a referee fled the ice and locked himself in a locker room to call the police. Banging on the door can be heard while the referee calls for help:
"We have people banging on the door, we called the police and have them coming."
