Loads of information has been circulating regarding the Bruins' Power Forward Milan Lucic. The longtime Bruin and Vancouver native has gotten himself in trouble and everything has now been confirmed.
THE STORY BREAKS OUT
Frank Seravalli, from the Daily Faceoff, broke the story moments after the full report was made available. Lucic's wife called the police after a verbal argument allegedly turned physical:
Sources told Daily Faceoff that a 911 call was made on Friday night saying that Lucic attempted to choke his wife, Brittany, after a verbal argument allegedly turned physical.
Here's a piece of the statement that was initially given to the police:
�'She stated that she attempted to walk away from her husband and stated that her husband grabbed her by the hair and pulled her backwards. She stated that in doing so, the suspect stated to her that she was not going anywhere.»
Lucic Will be arraigned on Tuesday in a Massassuchets court. The forward is facing charges of assault and battery against a family member. The NHL has yet to issue a statement on this particular incident. The Bruins have announced, on their end, that he'd be taking a leave of absence from the team.
