SIGNING ALERT | Leafs offered another important extension: They've officially sealed their fate
The Maple Leafs' just announced another massive extensions. Just a few days ago, they broke the internet and announced that Auston Matthews would be the player carrying the highest cap hit in the league.
They've just made another announcement in that regard, Brad Treliving had a lot on his plate coming into Toronto and he's just sealed another issue. The team issued an official statement confirming that they had extended their Head Coach Sheldon Keefe:
''Toronto Maple Leafs General Manager Brad Treliving announced today that the club has signed Head Coach Sheldon Keefe to a multi-year contract extension.''
The Leafs finally broke their 1st Round curse when they won over the Lightning. However their performance issue came right back in the 2nd Round where their superstars fail to show up.
