We have some very sad news to pass along on Wednesday afternoon.
Vancouver Canucks forward Elias Pettersson has announced that his grandfather has passed away and shared some photos of the two of them together throughout the years, including one of after a game at the World Junior Hockey Championship.
It's always tough losing a family member, no matter the circumstances and the thoughts of everyone here at CanucksDaily and the entire Canucks fan base is with Elias Pettersson and his family at this extremely difficult time.
