Injury Update: It is now confirmed for Filip Chytil’s and the Vancouver Canucks

A National Hockey League insider has given an injury update on Vancouver Canucks centerman Filip Chytil after he left a game earlier this month against Utah.
The Vancouver Canucks have been riddled with injury issues all season long, with a good chunk of the team's active roster spending time on the sidelines from the moment training camp got underway in mid-September.
One of the more longer absences for the Vancouver Canucks this season was Filip Chytil, who was out of the lineup for over three months after he was on the receiving end of a hit from Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson back in October.
Thankfully, Chytil was able to return to game action for the Vancouver Canucks for six games, however during their penultimate contest prior to the National Hockey League's Olympic break, the Czech centerman was forced to leave due to migraine issues.
"Filip Chytil is unlikely to return to the #Canucks lineup for their final game before the Olympic break. He’s dealing with migraines, according to head coach Adam Foote." Thomas Drance of The Athletic said.
NHL insider gives injury update on Vancouver Canucks forward Filip Chytil
Prior to the Olympic break, head coach Adam Foote gave a bit of an encouraging injury update on Filip Chytil, saying that he expects him to be back at the team's practice on February 17th and that his injury is not considered long-term, which is a huge sigh of relief for the club and the player.
"I don’t think so. He’s going to see someone that’s dealt with other players with the same type of injury, migraines. A new doctor. Hopefully, we can get down to the bottom of it. He’ll have a week or so where they’re on and off, and then he doesn’t have them for a while. So, hopefully that can be found and corrected. I’m positive that it will." Foote said to reporters earlier this month.
On Friday, National Hockey League insider Rick Dhaliwal gave a small update on Filip Chytil, saying while on Halford and Brough that Kromerlz, Czechia native will be re-assessed following the league's Olympic break, which reading between the lines a bit, could mean that he might not be on the ice for practice on Tuesday, but no there's been no confirmation on that front just yet.
Given where the Vancouver Canucks are in the National Hockey League's overall standings, their plans to rebuild and hopefully land a top-three pick in this year's draft, there's no need to rush Filip Chytil back and the team should consider shutting him down for the remainder of the season to ensure he's back at 100 percent health for training camp in the fall.
