Vancouver Canucks forward Kiefer Sherwood and his wife Ariel have announced some life-changing news on social media recently, one month into the 2025-26 season.
The Vancouver Canucks are a little over a month into the 2025-26 season and there's no question that the team's most valuable player so far is forward Kiefer Sherwood, who is setting himself up for a big pay day, potentially upwards of $5 million annually on his next contract.
Coming into tonight's action against the Winnipeg Jets, Sherwood had already registered ten goals in 17 games, but a little over halfway through the first period, the Columbus, Ohio native potted his 11th of the season.

A little over three months later, the Sherwood's have a lot more to celebrate as the couple announced on Instagram earlier this week that they're expecting their first child in the spring.
