Young Vancouver Canucks Fan Has Adorable Message for Captain Quinn Hughes
Vancouver Canucks captain Quinn Hughes and star forward Elias Pettersson are still on the injured reserve with injuries, and a young Canucks fan decided to send him an adorable message.
Along with the little fan, all Canucks loyalists are eagerly waiting for the return of the teams best player Quinn Highes, who has a real shot in winning his second consecutive Norris trophy, and is even a potential Hart winner as the league MVP.
As we all may be waiting for his highly anticipated return, no one is more excited than you Canucks fan Hannah.
During the first intermission of last night's contest where the Canucks took on the Nashville Predators at home in Rogers arena, a bunch of young fans took the ice as part of the mini minor hockey game.
After this amazing gesture, one of the players Hannah got the opportunity to be on TV and got interviewed by Canucks host Kat Stefaniewicz.
When given the spotlight, she asked Stefaniewicz to send Quinn Highes a special message for her, as she is her favorite player on Vancouver.
«Can you get a message to him for me?» Hannah asked. «Can you tell him that
I said get better soon?»
In a moment that could only melt your heart, she also provided a much needed message to the entire team, asking them to skate hard.
«Skate hard,» she replied to a loud cheer from those in attendance at Rogers Arena.
Unfortunately, the Canucks were not able to pull out the win, getting shutout 3-0, but at least Hannah is going to have a memory and experience she will never forget.
