The Vancouver Canucks are in Dallas to battle the Stars tonight, but what many people are talking about is the NHL trade deadline and rumors of possible trades involving the Canucks.
The Canucks have multiple players believed to be dealt by Friday's deadline and one of the names that keeps coming up in trade rumours is
J.T. Miller. The Canucks forward is a highly skilled player but clearly has some attitude issues.
Miller has commented on the trade rumours revealed by Canucks Insider Ian MacIntyre would share it on his Twitter:
And J.T. Miller on another deadline of trade conjecture:
"I really don't think I'm getting traded; that's all I have to say. It's a little different than last year. I've been wrong before but I don't think this is one of those times."
A Twitter user by the name 'Taj' would make a hilarious comment to MacIntyre's tweet saying:
Should have ended with "Have you seen my contract?!"
This was obviously a throwback to when the Canucks were in the same boat with former goaltender Roberto Luongo when he was on the trade block during his time in Vancouver.
Personally, I hope the Canucks can move Miller before his new deal kicks in next season but it seems very unlikely anyone is taking Miller unless he's free.
