WATCH: Mom goes crazy after the referee
Everybody knows a really supportive parent. Some are more supportive than others. Some are just straight out crazy.
In a U13 game this weekend a mom climbed over the glass to try and clap the referee's head because the time wasn't going down. In the video you can clearly see that the woman is not pleased with the situation.
I believe the words she screamed at the referee were French swears that should not be repeated, you'll have the opportunity to witness in the video how lovely her acquaintance with the young linesman was:
In times where having referees is getting more and more complicated, is this the kind of actions we want to take towards them? Should Hockey Canada develop a code of conduct to teach parents how to behave properly?
