Now that the Christmas Break is behind the us, the NHL has announced the preliminary rosters for the annual All-Star that is meant to happen on February's first week-end.

As you've anticipated it, Elias Pettersson is the logical choice for the Canucks. He's been outstanding since the season started he's managed to score 17 goals and 44 points in only 35 games.
At the moment, Pettersson is the only designated pick for the Canucks, but Bo Horvat and Quinn Hughes are up for a spot as well. As we've witnessed Horvat's been lighting up with 28 goals in only 37 games. Click here to see the NHL All-Star Preliminary Rosters.
