Chuck Fletcher was let go by the Flyers organization this morning after he had difficulties taking the team to the next level.

LeBrun added to that and listed the 4 GMs in the NHL he thought were in the hot seat. Surprisingly enough, Patrik Allvin wasn't one of them. The Swede has only been in place for a year and so far, he's respected his initial plan now we just have to wait on the results.
In a recent article LeBrun published in The Athletic he listed four GMs who he thought were in the hot seat:
1. Brad Treliving (CALGARY FLAMES)
He made bold moves in the recent off-season when Johnny Gaudreau walked and when he traded Matthew Tkachuk to acquire Jonathan Huberdeau and MacKenzie Weegar. So far it hasn't paid off and if the Flames were to miss the playoffs, it would come off as a surprise if ownership were to look for a change.
2. Kyle Dubas (TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS)
Dubas went all-in for the Maple Leafs making major acquisitions, but they have not yet been able to reach the second round in forever. With the uncertainty behind Auston Matthews' future in Toronto. The only thing that hasn't changed since Dubas took the job, is the management group and the core four.
3. Pierre Dorion (OTTAWA SENATORS)
Dorion has built a tremendous offensive team from scratch and his hard work and patience are starting to pay off. Yet everything points toward the Sens missing their playoff window and since the franchise is on the verge of being sold, the new ownership may be looking for a fresh start.
4. Ron Hextall (PITTSBURGH PENGUINS)
The Penguins have an aging core and the fact that Hextall has yet to do anything about it, may just be was caused his end in Pittsburgh. The team's last cup run goes back to 2016 and this lineup has not gone any younger since then. The chants "fire Hextall" have already been heard in Pittsburgh and the team's ownership may have to answer the call.
The upcoming playoffs will determine lots of things for these four gentlemen, with the way things are going, who's the next name to fall off the chessboard?
