Kravstov was qualified by the Canucks, meaning they'll retain his rights, but the 2018 9th Overall pick chose that he'd be better for his development to the lineup in the KHL. The winger has been lights out thus far, registering 5 points in just as many games.
Things went south in his last game when he was rocked and couldn't finish. We just learned he'd be sidelined for the next four to six weeks.
The 23-year-old only collected 2 points through 16 games with the Nucks, but the team's development has not yet given up on him. Hopefully, this injury doesn't affect his pace, and he comes back with the same energy he's been displayed in this season's debut.
