LATEST | Canucks make a special announcement regarding Nikita Zadorov
The Vancouver Canucks returned from the holiday break on Thursday against the Philadelphia Flyers, and it was a milestone night for defenceman Nikita Zadorov.
Thursday night's contest marked the 600th game of Nikita Zadorov's National Hockey League career.
"6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ games for Big Z 👏

The Moscow native was selected 16th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in 2013 and has gone on to play with them, the Colorado Avalanche, Chicago Blackhawks, Calgary Flames and now, the Vancouver Canucks. In his 600 career games, he's recorded 133 points (42 goals, 91 assists).
Zadorov's 600th career game didn't go as he would have liked, as the Canucks fell to the Flyers by a score of 4-1. The Canucks will be back in action on Tuesday night, January 2nd, in an all-Canadian match-up against the Ottawa Senators at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET.
