LATEST | Great announcement regarding one of the Canucks prospect
It's usually at this point over the summer that National Teams start releasing their preliminary rosters or hold their summer camp. After Sweden has announced it's roster for the upcoming World Junior Championship, Canada just released it's preliminary roster.
The announcement comes as great news for one of the Canucks' goaltending prospect Ty Young. Product developed in Coaldale, AB. he's been spending his first WHL miles with the Prince George Cougars. His performances have been so good that he was one of the four goaltenders on the list. Here's the full list:
Ty Young is a 6'3'' goaltender who was a 5th Round Selection in the 2022 Draft. The Canucks have not yet signed him to an entry-level-deal. Young will be eligible to a pro-debut in Abbotsford as soon as 2025.
