Canucks prospect scores clutch overtime winner
Canucks prospect Jack Malone scored a clutch overtime winner for Boston College to advance his team to the NCAA Frozen Four.
The 6th rounder in 2019 played three seasons with Cornell, but transferred to Boston College this season - and on Sunday both Malone and the team were very grateful as he cleaned up a juicy rebound.
Malone's former team, Cornell, was knocked out on Saturday by Denver.
The Boston College Eagles took down the reigning champions, Quinnipiac, and move on to face Denver.
If successful, Malone and BC could go on to face fellow Canuck prospect Tom Willander and Boston University in the NCAA final.
