Canucks insider Irf Gaffar first broke the news that shattered the internet.

Brock Boeser will not be available for the Canucks in game seven on Monday. If they advance, his status moving forward is unclear.

It was revealed that Boeser is having blood clotting issues, which would prevent him from playing game seven at the very least.

Nor the Canucks or Brock Boeser have yet adressed the situation, but Elliotte Friedman revealed an essential piece of information on the subject. At this point, a timeline for his return hasn't been emitted. However, according to Friedman's intel, this isn't considered a life-threatening or career-ending .

''The exact timeline for his return is unknown, but several sources stressed this, thankfully, is not considered a life-threatening situation.''

Despite being only 26, Boeser has already faced adversity in his career. Fortunately, he knows how to deal with whatever's ahead of him. We wish him the best in his recovery; health always comes first.
