Kevin Bieksa rips into the Edmonton Media during post game panel
The Edmonton Oilers won game four of the Conference and tied the series at two. The Sportsnet panel discussed their day, and Kevin Bieksa took the opportunity to rip into the Edmonton Media.
The panel discussed how Oilers' defenceman Darnell Nurse played through the series, primarily how he handled himself in game four, especially while preparing for it and dealing with the Edmonton Media. Nurse's play has been questionable since the playoffs started, and his name has been all over the headlines due to his poor performances and the fact that he carries a hefty $9.25M AAV.
'' Darnell Nurse, you think about his day, his morning. He gets to the rink, and he has to meet with the Edmonton Meat, that's what I call the media because they're raw, dead and dumb.''
Earlier today, Bieksa's on-screen performances were acknowledged: Former Canuck Kevin Bieksa receives major award, and this is yet another reason as to why he deserved it. Is Bieska well-spoken and doesn't restrain from sharing his beliefs and opinions, even though they might differ from the main streams.
The Oilers found a way to break Jake Oettinger's wall and won game four. The series is now tied at two; they'll return to Dallas to dispute game five, set to take place on Friday.
