There's been lots of speculation around Elias Lindholm and a possible injury. Ahead of their meeting with the Kings, Rick Tocchet met with the media and adressed the subject.
Lindholm was meant to have an appointment this week to evaluate further the issue Canucks chose not to update on this matter but confirmed that Lindholm would be sitting the following game:

As the Coach shared his game plan, he confirmed some line-up changes as he briefly stated that Lindholm would be out for the next little while as «day-to-day»:

Hopefully, it isn't anything, even though he hasn't brought what we've expected offensively; his defensive apport has been as advertised. The depth he brings to the Canucks center line is also precious and will be important when it comes to the challenging playoff games down the road.
