Scott Laughton to Canucks? His Latest Social Media Post Suggests Incoming Trade
As the Vancouver Canucks get ready to make a push for the playoffs, general manager Patrik Allvin is looking at all possibilities in order to update their roster, at a recent post could indicate they could be getting the player they have been targeting for a while now.
Speculation has started late Friday night that the Flyers veteran forward has already been traded based on his most recent social media post on his personal Instagram account.
He posted a photo of himself and a bunch of his teammates out to dinner posing like the famous "Last Supper" painting made by Leonardo DaVinci.
The Last Supper depicts Jesus announcing his betrayal to his disciples, capturing their shocked reactions. It also symbolizes the Eucharist, with Jesus at the center of a balanced, expressive composition.
The photo obviously blew up instantly with fans asking if he is trying to hint that it is his last night as a Flyer.
With no confirmation being released, due to the previous rumors of the Canucks being front runners to land him, there is a chance that he could be on his way to join the Nucks.
More updates will follow...
