Vancouver Canucks fans are completely outraged by the recent announcement they receive concerning how much they will have to pay in order to watch their favorite team play on Television this season.

Just the way life is going right now, the cost of living is getting more and more expensive everyday, whether it is buying a house, groceries, or gas, many people are struggling to find the means to afford the basic necessities.
Now, it is about to get a whole lot more expensive as a recent announcement is going to make some of the extracurricular activities that make life a whole lot more manageable almost unaffordable.

Vancouver Canucks games going get huge price hike from Sportsnet

Rogers Sportsnet, who own the regional rights for the Canucks and also is the main sponsor for their home stadium, announced today that there is going to be a significant price increase for their "Sportsnet+" streaming service.
It obvious that the price it getting spiked just before the season so fans are basically forced to pay the extra cash in order to watch their favorite team play.
Here is the full breakdown of how much more fans will have to pay, and their are voicing their strong displeasure and outrage on social media.
Canucks fans who use streaming services rather than cable will need to budget $50 to $75 more for Sportsnet+ on an annual plan.

The cost of the standard Sportsnet+ subscription on a yearly plan will be going up from $199.99 to $249.99, while the premium subscription, which includes out-of-market NHL games - essential for Canucks fans who do not live within the Canucks' broadcast region - will go up from $249.99 to $324.99.

It is one thing to pay more for a service that is quality and issue free, but it is a known fact that fans have had some serious troubles when it comes to the stream
quality and blackouts on Canucks games.
It is completely understandable that fans are completely outraged by this decision, and there is really no way aroudn them having to pay it...
