The Vancouver Canucks announce their starting goalie and interesting new lineup for their tough test against the Minnesota Wild.
With all of the Vancouver Canucks' absence, the liens have been shuffled around almost every game.
Players have been forced to step up and fill the needs of the team, and the likes of Jake DeBrusk, Elias Pettersson, Conor Garland and Kiefer Sherwood have really been outstanding for head coach Rick Tocchet.
Elias Pettersson has done so, with 10 points in 6 games since Miller left, as has Jake DeBrusk, who has 7 goals in his last 5 games, and Conor Garland, with 4 goals and 8 points in his last 6 games.
After the Canucks win against the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday, you can expect head coach Rick Tocchet to roll with the exact same offensive lines.
That's even with fans being upset that Kiefer Sherwood is slotted on the 3rd line once again.
Where the you can expect too see big changes will be on defense.
The main thing that was seen at practice yesterday was Noah Juulsen getting a shot playing with captain Quinn Hughes on the first pairing, while Tyler Myers will slide back down to play along side Carson Soucy.

Although not confirmed as the Vancouver Canucks opted to take the morning skate off before their final game of the 6-game road trip, you can fully expect Kevin Lankinen to get the nod once again this evening.
Arturs Silovs has proven time and time again he isn't ready for the NHL, while Lankinen has just broke the record for most consecutive road wins to start the season (10-0-0).
It would be anything but foolish to start anyone else but Lankinen.
