Everyone knew he was going to get traded ever since he asked to get shipped out of Arizona. Now his wish as been granted.
Jakob Chychrun had been linked to Toronto, Boston, Edmonton and Los Angeles. They all found their assets elsewhere and Chychrun found himself a home in Ottawa.
Chychrun had been sitting for quite a while now and Arizona eventually lowered their asking price to move the defender. A certain trade made by the Canucks probably helped to ease things over.
