BREAKING: Bettman announces a press conference before the Bruins/Canadiens' game at the Bell Centre
The news just broke out.
The NHL's commissioner Gary Bettman has been confirmed to be in attendance at the Bruins VS. Canadiens game later tonight.
Though it's been announced that he would hold a press conference prior to the game at 5:30 ET, it wasn't originally on the agenda and it was confirmed just a few moments ago by different sources:
''#NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman is in Montreal to take in tonight's #Bruins / #Habs game - he will speak with the media this afternoon at the Bell Centre.''
No other information has been released about it yet, but the League's commissioner isn't one to hold press conferences with nothing to say. we should therefore be expecting big news out of it.
Let it be reminded that the Bruins and the Canadiens are both members of the prestigious Original 6.
