Bruce there it is: Official Statement from the Vancouver Canucks
The Vancouver Canucks have been taking lots of heat as of late regarding the treatment, they've given Bruce Boudreau. This saga now comes to an end.
Bruce had an emotional night against the oilers last night where the team suffered a 42 loss. Although it may not be the last time he stands on an NHL bench, it will go down in history as his last for the Canucks. Before heading out after the game, Boudreau took the time to thank the fans who were so supportive of him through his time in Vancouver.
Michael Russo of the athletic, revealed that he had been in form that the Canucks upper management had called a 9:30 meeting with the head coach.
Bruce Boudreau has been with the team for a year and didn't disappoint. During his tenure the team held a positive record.
