FIGHT | Goalie fight breaks out in Junior League
On Friday night, the Kindersley Klippers took on the Flin Flon Bombers in some Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) action.
The game was a blow out in the favour of the Bombers who are 10-0-1 to start the season. During the game, things got physical and a goalie fight broke out.
The Bombers goalie in the fight is Kenneth Marquart. The 18-year-old has put up some fantastic stats in the SJHL. Last season, he had a 9-4 record with a 9.16 SV percentage. This season, Marquart is off to a monster start with a 5-0 record and a 9.36 SV percentage.
The Klippers goalie is Logan Faulk. Faulk is a 19-year-old who has played two SJHL seasons. The Klippers have had a couple tough years in a row with Faulk getting most of the starts. Faulk has an 1-2-2 record with a .887 SV percentage to start this season.
The Bombers and Klippers rematch tonight at 7:30 CDT. It will definitely be a must-watch after last night.
