LATEST | An announcement has just been made regarding a former Canuck
On Wednesday, the American Hockey League announced their captains for the 2024 All-Star Classic and among the two named was a former Vancouver Canuck - Adam Cracknell.

@HSKnights forward Adam Cracknell and @TheHersheyBears defenseman Dylan McIlrath have been selected as the playing captains for the 2024 #AHLAllStar Classic presented by @TechCU. " Cracknell, 38, has spent the majority of his professional career in the AHL, along with playing 210 games in the National Hockey League with seven different teams, 44 of which came with the Canucks during the 2015-16 season.
The Prince Albert, Saskatchewan native is currently playing in the AHL for the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas' affiliate, where he's put up 22 points (12 goals, ten assists), eight penalty minutes and is a minus-five in 32 games.
Cracknell will be joined by members of the Abbotsford Canucks during the AHL's All-Star Classic, although we won't know which players those will be until later in January.
The 2024 AHL All-Star Classic is set to get underway on February 4th and 5th in San Jose, California.
