LATEST | Extremely optimistic fans make his line-up and a wild prediction for next year
This off-season will be huge for the Canucks as they're getting started on their retooling. While we may not know yet what the Nucks' lineup will be like next year, some pairings are just meant to be.
An optimistic fan made his wish list for the Canucks and asked quite the load from Allvin.
He left out Conor Garland and Tyler Myers as he believes both of them will be gone over the summer to free up some space. It would free up about $10M in cap space for next year leaving some wiggle room for Allvin to add ''new guys''.
He also added a bold prediction regarding one of the team's top prospects Nils Hoglander stating that he'd score 20 goals next year. The Swede has picked his game nicely in Abbotsford and if he keeps it going when he comes back for training, he may cause a surprise.
Obviously, as pointed out, Kravtsov (Restricted Free Agent) or Podkolzin could be the answer to some of these question marks leaving only the need for a third-line centerman.
Taking a look at this, it's hard to believe Akito Hirose will not be a part of this team's line-up on opening night. The play he's provided the team with was better than what Oliver Ekman-Larsson provided. We'll have to wait and see what Tocchet thinks.
