Lately a video of Andrei Kuzmenko taking a snack on the bench, a Pepsi, and a banana during a media timeout. The fans have really been taking advantage of the situation:
Earlier this week we saw a fan go up the glass to trade a stick for a banana. Last night, a committed fan traveled nothing less than 1775 KM to have her shot at a similar trade. The video shows the young fan swapping a Pepsi bottle for one of Kuzmenko's weapons:
Even if you wanted to, you can't hate the player or the person. He's been nothing short of great since arriving in Vancouver. He's on the verge of marking his name on the Canucks' history books, beating Pavel Bure along the way, for the most goal by a first-year player in Vancouver. Bure had managed 34 tallies in 64 games, Kuzmenko added 2 last night and now has 32 after 64 with still a few games on the calendar.
