The former Canuck Kevin Bieksa will possibly go down as one of the most liked Canuck in history. A player now turned analyst, he was always known for his ability to leave it all on the ice. Funny enough, he's precisely the type of player the Canucks would absolutely love to add to their current line-up.

BIEKSA TELLS AN UNBELIEVABLE STORY FROM THE 2011 CUP RUN

A member of, what is to this day, the best ever Canucks team. Prior to the Bruins and Canucks meeting on Sunday, Bieksa reminisced about the existing rivalry between the Canucks and the Bruins following the 2011 Stanley Cup Final.

The former defenceman talked about the alleged «finger-bitting» situation where it was rumored that during the playoffs a player had bit another one's finger. Whether it happened or not wasn't the story here, Bieksa revealed that he remembered a specific point during these playoffs when the NHL actually came to both team's rooms to tell them to stop hitting each other's fingers.

With the Canucks most recent win over the Bruins, it's fair to say that this rivalry isn't going anywhere. Both seen as potential cup contenders, there is a chance that both team's could meet in the Stanley Cup final thirteen years later.
