LATEST | Canucks announce a uniform change honouring Roberto Luongo
The Vancouver Canucks have announced a uniform change to commemorate Roberto Luongo's induction into the team's Ring of Honour.
Each Canucks player will wear a helmet sticker displaying Luongo's number "1" along with an image of Luongo himself.
Luongo played parts of eight seasons in Vancouver from 2006-2014 and ended his career as a 3x Vezina Trophy finalist and Olympic Gold Medalist, among many other achievements. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2022.
