After a long seven-game road trip which saw them go 5-1-1, the Vancouver Canucks returned home and will face off against the Arizona Coyotes tonight at Rogers Arena.

The Canucks held an optional morning skate at Rogers Arena, so we weren't able to get a look at potential lines and defensive pairings for tonight's game, but it has been revealed who will get the start between the pipes.

According to Brendan Batchelor, it appears that Thatcher Demko will get the start for Vancouver tonight, who appeared in five of seven games on the road trip and had a 26-save shutout against Buffalo on Saturday.

"Looking like a Thatcher Demko start tonight for the #Canucks." Batchelor said.

Demko, 28, has had a fantastic season so far, which has seen him named to the All-Star Game following a fan vote. In 31 games this season, the San Diego native has a record of 22-8-1 with a 2.47 goals against average, a .919 save percentage and four shutouts.

Puck drop for tonight's game between the Vancouver Canucks and Arizona Coyotes is set for 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET and can be viewed regionally on Sportsnet Pacific.
