After a breakout season in his 2023-2024, when he finally lived up to the expectations that came from his first-round selection back in 2015, the Canucks' number six is at the starting point once more. This time, he will have the most significant contract of his career. The American is under contract with the team until July 1st of 2025, at whichhe'lll be a free agent with complete autonomy.
Brock Boeser opens up and makes a revealing statement regarding his future in Vancouver
During an interview with Sportsnet Iain MacIntyre, Boeser addressed his contractual talks and clearly "We've what his intentions were foI'lle future:
«We've made it known to them that I'll sign long term here, so we'll see what happens. I mean, it's kind of out of my control. I'm just worried about winning, honestly. With the guys we signed, I think we have an amazing group of hockey players. I think we're going to be unreal this year.''
