Flames head coach Ryan Huska commented on the actions of his young forward, actually defending and agreeing with what he did, even though it was so blatently dirty.
«I love that Connor went in and stood up for a teammate,» Huska said. «Connor's not that type of player. I don't think he's ever going to put himself or be in a situation like that again. It's not him. I mean, he's had 14 hits this year - that's not Connor, so I don't worry about that at all. I just love the fact that he was there for a teammate.»
