In a series of coaching moves by the Canucks, Patrik Allvin announced that the Sedins would be more involved in the day-to-day coaching activities in both Vancouver and Abbotsford.

The Canucks GM also announced the promotion of Yogi Švejkovský from skills coach to assistant coach with Vancouver.
Allvin said having the Sedins more involved will be a massive boost for the Canucks as an organization.
Including the Sedins in our day-to-day coaching duties will hugely benefit our group both on and off the ice. Daniel and Henrik bring a unique perspective and competitive mindset to our staff.

Head Coach Rick Tocchet reflected on the twins' impact and said they work with his team and staff.
Daniel and Henrik have also sat at the table, and I have leaned on them more and more as the year went on. Their knowledge and ability to teach the game is a huge plus, and they fit in extremely well with our group.

The Canucks also announced today that Ian Beckenstein has been promoted from Abbotsford and will act as an assistant video coach with Vancouver.
The Sedins were involved with Sergei Gonchar in working on the Canucks' power play in 2023-24, it's unclear what their expanded role will be this upcoming season.
