LATEST | NHL makes massive announcement regarding Quinn Hughes and his chase for greatness
With teams inching closer to the end of the season, there will be one last push from stars across the league for in-season awards like the Hart, Calder and Norris trophies.
As far as the Norris goes, Canucks captain Quinn Hughes has had a hold on the frontrunner position for pretty much the entire season - although Cale Makar in Colorado has put up a serious fight.
Now with the playoffs just around the corner, oddsmakers still place Hughes as the favourite for Norris.
Hughes leads all NHL D with 79 points, and if he and the Canucks stick to their current pace, the 24 year old could be bringing home his first piece of hardware.
If successful, he'll hope he can also add a Stanley Cup to his 2024 trophy case.
