'Need to Be better' - Patrik Allvin Calls Out Vancouver Canucks Stars Ahead of Holiday Break
Vancouver Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin has a lot to say about his teams stars before they go off on holiday break.
The Vancouver Canucks have won exactly half their games this season, and with all the expectations coming into the year, it has been surely a disappointment, especially at home.
With only two games before the Canucks and the rest of the league go on holiday break, general manager Patrik Allvin has decided to call out its biggest stars for underperforming.

The issues between stars J.T. Miller and Elias Pettersson is definitely concerning, but they are not the only players on the team that need to step up and start contributing.
«I don't think it's necessarily those two particular guys mentioned that are struggling, other guys that are supposed to be top guys that are struggling too,» Allvin said.
Last season, the Canucks exceeding expectations and built a strong culture under head coach Rick Tocchet.
Alvin told the media that the team needs to dig deep and find the same spark that made them so successful last season.
He proceeded call out the stars on the Canucks to step up and be better.
"It's one thing to be a star on a mediocre team. It's one thing to be a star on a good team. It's my expectation that those guys, they're going to carry our team. If they don't, well it's hard to win,» he said of the likes of Miller and Pettersson - and Hughes and Boeser and Garland and DeBrusk, and so on."
At the end of the day, Allvin is right, the Canucks biggest names and stars need to start leading, and leading by example, if they are cant, then then the culture Rick Tocchet and the rest of the team solidified last season will go to waste.
