Brad Marchand believes Quinn Hughes will head to the New Jersey Devils.
Antonio Losada of Athlon Sports reported on the growing traction of the Hughes trade saga. Its growingly apparent that Hughes will not re-sign in Vancouver, meaning they need to trade him ASAP. TSN insider Mike Johnson believes the end is near for Hughes with the Canucks.
"The analyst noted that teams from the Metropolitan Division stand out as potential trade suitors, mostly because of the ongoing talk linking Hughes to his brothers, New Jersey Devils players Jack and Luke Hughes.
«I would say it's 95% he's not playing in Vancouver,» Johnson said."-Losada

The conversation has made it all the way to South Florida, in the Panthers dressing room. Where two-time Stanley Cup Champion and All-Star Brad Marchand was asked to give his thoughts on the matter. And for him it's a no brainer where Hughes will end up.
"«If your two bros were locked up on the same teamwhere would you signlittle common sense here.»-Marchand
It's been recently discussed that the Canucks need to deal Hughes by the deadline because his value will plummet if he is traded in the summer. Many teams can benefit from having him for a playoff run this season, making him even more valuable. The Canucks need to accept the inevitable and get a deal done.
