BREAKING | Twenty five players waived: Including several former first rounders
The waivers are a thing to watch when training camp starts. Today, nothing less than 25 players are on waivers for the purpose of assignment, none from the Canucks however.

Announced last night, the Sens waived their 2019 1st Round Selection Lassi Thomson. The Canadiens waived Nicolas Beaudin, a Chicago 1st Round Pick, both notable players on waivers.
Thomson, a right handed shot Defenseman, could be a prime target for Allvin and the Canucks. We'll know more by tomorrow.
