BREAKING: Winnipeg forward claimed on waivers by the Sharks
The league has just made the official announcement that the Jets forward did not clear the waivers.
Miley Eyssimont was put on the waiver wire by the Winnipeg Jets and the Sharks pulled the trigger on him.
The Sharks desperately need depth in their forward group and adding a young and up forward like Eyssimont definitely shakes things up for their core.
The 26-year-old carries a $750K AAV until the end of the ongoing season. He has been lighting it up in the AHL for the last 2 seasons registering 51 points in 67 games, with the Jets he had 5 points on 19 occasions.
