LATEST | Canucks make an announcement regarding the newly acquired Max Sasson
The Canucks signed the talented Max Sasson out of college and he immediately joined the Abbotsford Canucks. Viewed as an excellent two-way pivot, he collected 42 points in 38 games as a sophomore at Western Michigan Univ.
In light of their Building Blue program, after presenting Jonathan Lekkerimaki, D-Pettey and Cole McWard, it was now Sassons time to step into the spotlight:
«Very responsible defensive end, high level of intelligence.»
This edition of Building Blue focuses on Michigan native Max Sasson, following his time with Western Michigan University and a strong showing in Abbotsford.
From those comments, the 22-year-old could be the 3rd line centerman the Canucks need for the future. A responsible player with an elevated IQ. He managed two points in seven regular season games in Abbotsford and added a goal in six playoff outings. Could he cause a surprise and crack the Canucks' opening night roster?
