Hockey Canada has put out an official statement regarding the 2018 World Junior Champions, Team Canada.
Prominent players in such as Cale Makar, Carter Hart, Maxime Comtois, Drake Batherson, Dillon Dube, Jordan Kyrou, Robert Thomas will notable be banned from all national team activities until further notice.

Hockey Canada has rendered a decision after the widely publicized investigation has taking over the internet.
In a statement released Monday to TSN, Hockey Canada stated that players from the 2018 World Junior team will not be allowed to represent the country investigation is completed.

This comes at a tough time since team Canada will be taken part in the annual World Championship in Tampere, Finland. While Makar is expected to make another long playoff run, Carter Hart, Jordan Kyrou and Robert Thomas could've been major parts of this team.
