LATEST | NHL expected to announce several important rule change: Players are going to love it

Perhaps nothing in the game of hockey is more frustrating than receiving a blundered penalty call at the hands of officiating. Whether it be a botched puck-over-glass delay of game penalty, or a phantom high-sticking call, receiving an unwarranted penalty can sway the results of any given game.

Rule tweaks in the NHL. Puck over glass will eventually be a Coaches Challenge to remove penalty as will «Friendly Fire» high stick penalties. Other small changes also expected.
