It's been an extremely busy for waivers, with former Canucks and even a current Canuck finding themselves placed on the wire and on Wednesday, four more players have been put on waivers.

According to DailyFaceoff's Frank Seravalli, former Vancouver Canuck Will Lockwood and Ryan Johansen, who was traded to Philadelphia from Colorado less than an hour ago, are among the four names on the waiver wire.

"#NHL waivers today:

Ryan Johansen (PHI)
Will Lockwood (FLA)
Jacob Moverare (LAK)
Jaret Anderson-Dolan (LAK)" Frank Seravalli said.

Lockwood, 25, has appeared in 26 games for the Florida Panthers this season and him being on waivers today is likely a result of the Vladimir Tarasenko trade with Ottawa earlier. In those 26 games, he's put up one assist, 16 penalty minutes and is a plus-two.

Johansen has skated in 63 games for the Colorado Avalanche this season where he's put up 23 points (13 goals, ten assists), 34 penalty minutes and is a minus-six. The Vancouver native has one-year remaining on his contract beyond this season with a cap hit of $8 million.

Moverare, 25 has no points in ten games with the Los Angeles Kings this season, while Anderson-Dolan, 24, has four points (one goal, three assists), six penalty minutes and is a minus-four in 30 games.

In other related news, Vancouver Canucks defenceman Guillaume Brisebois has cleared waivers and will be assigned to the AHL's Abbotsford Canucks. Brisebois has yet to play this season due to an injury he sustained during the Canucks' training camp.

"Max Comtois (CAR), Sam Gagner (EDM), Vinni Lettieri (MIN), Jake Lucchini (MIN) and Guillaume Brisebois (VAN) clear waivers." Chris Johnston said.
