It caused a stir when the Red Wings' Defenseman Jake Wallman used a provocative celebration after he scored the O.T. Winner in their last meeting.

The Wings were in Vancouver, and it was a completely different scenario. The Canucks won just about every aspect of the game. Nikita Zadorov was back in the line-up after he purged his two-game suspension, and he made sure the Red Wings were aware. Zadorov played a mean, physical game, scored a goal and made sure to let Wallman know that it wouldn't be disrespecting the Canucks anymore.

Wallman had a terrible game and was on the ice for just about every Canucks' goal. He got involved in a little scrum with Nils Hoglander, and Nikita Zadorov went to see Wallman and sent his message:

Zadorov mocking Walman with a little giddy action.

See? This is how you settle these things. Not with blatant cross-checks to the face, with accidental high sticks and revenge dances.

Morgan Reilly has a lot to learn.

Zadorov received loads of praise following his intervention.

After Morgan Reilly received a hefty suspension for immediately reacting to a mockery on his Maple Leafs, the Canucks were the bigger man and showed how to respond appropriately. They showed the big time on their ice and stated that they shall not be messed with.
