Andrei Kuzmenko's second aeason in Vancouver has not gone as many had expected after he put up 39 goals in his first year as a Canuck in 2022-23.

Kuzmenko has found himself in the press box on several occasions this season, including on the team's opening game of their current road trip against the St. Louis Blues.
While on Sekeres & Price, former NHL defenceman and current TSN analyst Frankie Corrado says that patience is needed with Andrei Kuzmenko and that he needs to play and work things through himself.
"He's that guy that can make something out of nothing...once you've sent that message, you probably need to give him a little more runway. He needs to just play & work through it himself now." Corrado said.

Kuzmenko, who has one year remaining on his contract after the 2023-24 season with a cap hit of $5.5 million could be an attractive trade piece for many teams around the league and could help the Canucks by being in a package to acquire a top-six forward, if he's unable to turn things around shortly.
