LATEST | J.T. Miller shows frustration with officials: Caught throwing swears at them
It's been a frustrating couple of games for the Vancouver Canucks and the fan base, especially when it comes to the officials.
On Monday against the Minnesota Wild, the Canucks were on the wrong side of multiple five-on-threes and last night against Colorado, J.T. Miller expressed frustration with a call the officials made.
In the latter stages of the second period, Miller was given a two-minute minor for high-sticking and let the official know what he thought.
"Are you f*cking kidding me?" Miller said.
The Canucks ultimately fell the Avalanche by a score of 3-1 and saw their losing streak extend to three games.
Canucks fans are hoping the officiating will get better in the games ahead as they'll face their Pacific Northwest rivals, the Seattle Kraken on Thursday night. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET on Sportsnet.
Let us know in the poll below what your thoughts are on the officials in recent games.
