LATEST | Rick Tocchet addresses the noise around Elias Pettersson and its effect
There's been lots of talks surrounding Elias Pettersson in the last few days. The noise increased heavily, so everybody was bothered by it.
The latest developments have suggested that Pettey has changed direction, and both parties are now seated at the negotiation table. Rick Tocchet was asked to comment on those talks and how it affected the team, his play and how he can shut it down:
Here's all that Tocchet had to say on Petey today. From his play to practice to the partial impact of the contract situation & how he can shut out the noise: #Canucks
The Canucks will be looking to bounce back from their sequence of disappointing losses.
Hopefully, Pettersson gets his deal out of the way, and the Canucks will start focusing on what's important. I'm sure it would please Tocchet.
