Three teams have emerged as potential landing spots for Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1st.

The Vancouver Canucks' roster could see a lot of change over the summer and hopefully in a good way, as Patrik Allvin looks to keep this team competitive and in contention for a spot in the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
When the puck drops for opening night on the 2025-26 season, one player who isn't expected isn't expected to return to the Vancouver Canucks is Brock Boeser as he's set to become an unrestricted free agent in a little over two months time.

Trio of teams enter the mix to sign Brock Boeser as a UFA

While there's still a slim chance of Brock Boeser staying in Vancouver, the odds of him getting to the market on July 1st are almost 100 percent, as revealed as revealed by TSN's Farhan Lalji earlier this week.
The Canucks are going to let Brock Boeser walk to free agency, but plan on circling back to him with another contract offer if he doesn't get what he's seeking from other teams in early July.
"On the Boeser topic, #Canucks have told him that he has earned the right to be a free agent, but they will keep the door open to his return. If he doesn't get the deal he's looking for on July 1 they will circle back." Lalji said on X on Monday.

When Brock Boeser hits the free agent market, there's going to be a number of different teams that'll be interested in his services and according to NHLtraderumors.me, three teams to keep an eye on are the Detroit Red Wings, Minnesota Wild and New York Rangers.
The team that makes the most sense out of those three is the Minnesota Wild, who play in Brock Boeser's home state and who he grew up cheering for.
Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin is going to have $20+ million to work with this summer and there's no question he'd be an upgrade on the team's second line right wing spot, which is currently occupied by 37-year-old Norwegian Mats Zuccarello.
With Minnesota's top line of Kirill Kaprizov, Joel Eriksson Ek and Matt Boldy bringing plenty of offense on a nightly basis, having a guy like Brock Boeser on your second line would be great for the Wild as he'd bring some depth in the goal scoring department with 40 and 25 goals in the last two seasons, respectively
