Trusted NHL Insider Confirms Major Trade Rumour Surrounding Quinn Hughes and the Vancouver Canucks

The NHL has been put on notice, as Vancouver Canucks star defensemen and captain Quinn Hughes could be on his way out this season via a trade, they should move before it's too late and his value goes down the closer he gets to free agency.
Hughes has clearly shown his frustration and disappointment with the organization, and there would be no point in keeping him if they aren't even competitive.
"Rumors about Quinn Hughes' future with the Vancouver Canucks organization aren't going away anytime soon and if the team continues to falter and even misses the Stanley Cup Playoffs again, the outside noise will only get louder."-Jaxon
Hughes might on his way out of Vancouver.
Jonathan Larivee of the Hockey Feed reported on the possibility of the Canucks trading the best player they have had in decades. Hughes is easily the second best defensemen in the NHL behind only Cale Makar who might be the best defensemen of all time. To have him leave would show what a mismanaged organization the Canucks have been.
"There are rumblings coming out of Vancouver that suggest that the Vancouver Canucks may be looking to move on from their captain, star defenseman Quinn Hughes, sooner rather than later. Rather than letting the situation go down to the wire next season, there is talk that the Canucks could seek to move Hughes as early as this season in order to maximize their return."-Larivee
If this were to happen the Canucks need to blow the whole team and accumulate as many draft picks as possible. Elias Pettersson could be next, followed by Brock Boeser. Trading Hughes, clearly shows the team has failed and it's time to start again.
"The Canucks would be giving up one of the best defensemen in the league in the prime of his career, and doing so with a year of term left on his contract. There's no question that there is tremendous value in a proposition of that nature, but whether or not the Canucks could manage to get a return that satisfies their fan base is another matter entirely given just how popular Hughes has become in that market."-Larivee
Quinn Hughes is a generational talent, the Canucks need to understand that this was a complete failure if he leaves, and to learn from their mistakes. They had the roster to make something happen, and wasted the opportunity with poor decisions.
